Multi-Level Affiliate Program (MLM)

A regular affiliate program only rewards the person who brought in the customer. Affiliates Tree works differently: a partner also earns on their own team’s sales, so they go out and recruit and onboard new people themselves. You set the rules once, and the plugin calculates commissions at every level and keeps the whole structure in check.

A structure up to 50 levels deep, set up once

Your main account sits at the top. Every new person is placed under the partner whose link they came from – and once that partner’s first line is full, they’re placed automatically lower in their branch (spillover), so nobody gets lost. You set a rate for each level, e.g. level 1 – 10%, level 2 – 5%, level 3 – 2%.

Example: a customer buys through Partner A’s link. Partner A gets 10% commission, and the person who brought Partner A into the program gets their own 5% — automatically, with no work on your part.

Commission calculated fairly

Commission is calculated from the order’s net value – after discounts, excluding VAT and shipping costs – and recorded in the store’s main currency. Orders placed without a link or code go to the main account and generate no commission for anyone.

An activity rule and returns-window protection

You can turn on an option so that only partners who made a purchase themselves in the last X months earn commission – the rest get time to reactivate with a single purchase. Commission also waits until the returns window closes before it’s released for payout, so a returned item never leaves you having already paid out commission on it.

A partner panel that keeps your inbox quiet

In “My Account”, every partner gets their own tab: a referral link (built for any page, category or product), a discount code, banners for Stories and posts, a sales list, an expandable team tree and payout requests. Nobody emails you asking “how much have I earned” – they can see it for themselves.

Full control over the structure from your dashboard

The Team tab shows you a summary: number of partners, the deepest level reached, lost accounts and the amounts that stayed with the business from empty levels. You can add a partner manually, move their entire branch, or change their sponsor – every change is logged in a history of the last 50 operations.
