One commission rate doesn’t fit every partner

Influencers rarely fit a single, fixed commission rate – one promotes cosmetics, another electronics, another your whole store. Influencer Affiliates lets you set completely different rules for each partner, with nothing to calculate by hand at the end of the month.

Commission set individually for every influencer

Each partner has their own rules: for the whole store, a category, brand, tag or a single product, with the option to exclude selected items. Commission is calculated on the order’s net value, in the order’s currency. Copy one partner’s rules to another with a single click.

Example: a beauty influencer gets 10% on the “Skincare” category and 5% on the rest of the store – the plugin automatically recognises which category the purchased product belongs to and applies the right percentage.

Links that show you what’s working

The link builder in the partner panel creates an address for the whole store, a category, brand, tag or product, with a note on where it was shared (e.g. “instagram_post”). Every link shows clicks, orders, sales and commission. A click on a link stores the partner in a cookie for a set number of days.

Discount codes with their own reach

A personal code (a WooCommerce coupon) with a percentage discount, an expiry date and a defined reach: the whole store, categories, brands, products, or only the items the partner earns commission on. A sale made with the code counts towards the partner’s commission even without a link click. Influencers can request a code from their panel, and you can add one-off codes (e.g. for Valentine’s Day) to every partner at once in a single action.

Assets and stats in one place

Add banners and images for Stories and posts from the Media Library – the partner picks a target (category, brand, tag, product) and copies the ready-made HTML code or link. An overview shows referral revenue, commission, traffic and payout requests; for each partner individually – visits, purchases, conversion and amounts due.

Returns-window protection

Commission can wait a set number of days after an order is completed before it becomes available for payout. A return or cancellation removes the commission automatically.

A partner panel with no WordPress access

An influencer logs in like a regular customer and sees these tabs in “My Account”: Your Links, Your Banners, Your Code, Your Sales and Payouts – with no view into the store’s admin panel. You can also place the partner panel on any page with the [wia_dashboard] shortcode.
