Effective from: 2 November 2026

1. Organiser

  1. The Partner Program (the “Program”) is organised by Przemysław Szczęch, trading as wpAsist.eu, ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 17j, 36-040 Boguchwała, Poland (the “Organiser”), running a non-registered business activity within the meaning of Art. 5(1) of the Polish Entrepreneurs’ Law.
  2. Contact: help@wpasist.eu.

2. Definitions

  1. Partner – a wpAsist.eu client who has bought any Licence and takes part in the Program, or a Developer.
  2. Developer – a person or company that professionally builds or maintains online stores and has been accepted into the Program on the basis of an application (section 4).
  3. Licence – a licence key for any wpAsist Plugin that has not been cancelled or refunded.
  4. Link and Code – the individual referral link and discount code assigned to a Partner.
  5. Referral – a purchase made by a client through the Partner’s Link or with the Partner’s Code, or a purchase by a client assigned to the Partner (section 6(3)).
  6. First purchase – the first purchase of a given Plugin by a given client.
  7. Renewal – every further purchase of the same Plugin by the same client, in particular extending the Licence for another period.
  8. Holding period – 30 days from the date of a referred purchase, during which the commission has the status “pending”.

3. Who can take part

  1. The Program has one level: a commission is paid only for purchases of clients referred directly by the Partner. No commission is paid for recruiting other Partners or for sales made by other Partners.
  2. A Store client becomes a Partner automatically after buying any Licence. There is no separate sign-up.
  3. A Developer joins through the application form on the Developer Program page (section 4). A Developer does not have to buy a Licence.
  4. Taking part in the Program is free. The Organiser charges no fee for joining or taking part.

4. Developer program

  1. The application contains contact details, the company name, the website and examples of stores built. The Developer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
  2. The Organiser usually reviews an application within 2 business days and informs about the decision by e-mail. The Organiser may reject an application without giving reasons.
  3. Once the application is accepted, the Developer’s account gets the rates set out in section 5(1)(2).
  4. When recommending Plugins to their clients, the Developer informs them that they take part in the Program and receive a commission on purchases.
  5. The Licence is bought by the client – through the Developer’s Link or with their Code. The Licence then belongs to the client. Purchases made by the Developer on their own account do not earn a commission (section 9(1)).
  6. The Organiser may remove the Developer status if the Terms are breached, in particular section 9. The account then returns to the rules for Partners who are clients.

5. Commission rates

  1. The commission is:
    1. for a Partner who is a client: 20% of the First purchase and 20% of every Renewal,
    2. for a Developer: 33% of the First purchase and 33% of every Renewal.
  2. The commission is calculated on the amount actually paid by the client, after discounts, excluding VAT (if charged).
  3. Commissions are paid on Licence purchases. A commission on Custom Services is due only if the Organiser confirms it to the Partner by e-mail before the contract with the client is concluded.
  4. A Partner’s Code gives the client 10% off, unless the Organiser sets otherwise for a given Code.
  5. The Organiser may individually raise the commission rates for a selected Partner or Developer, in particular when their Referrals bring high sales. The Organiser confirms the increase by email. It does not require a change of these Terms, and the rates may not be lower than in section 1.

6. Assigning purchases

  1. A purchase is credited to the Partner if the client used the Code or arrived at the Store through the Link within 30 days before the purchase.
  2. If several Partners referred the client, the last Link used or the Code used counts. The Code takes priority over the Link.
  3. A client whose first referred purchase was credited to a Partner is permanently assigned to that Partner. Further purchases of that client made without a Link and without a Code – including Renewals – are credited to that Partner.
  4. If in a further purchase the client uses another Partner’s Link or Code, that purchase is credited to that Partner. The permanent assignment of the client (paragraph 3) does not change.

7. Activity requirement (Partners who are clients)

  1. A Partner who is a client receives a commission if, on the date of the referred purchase, their last purchase in the Store was made no more than 12 months earlier.
  2. After 12 months from the last purchase, the Partner has 30 days to make another purchase. During this time no commissions are credited, and a purchase restores activity for another 12 months.
  3. If the Partner makes no purchase within these 30 days, their partner account is permanently closed and cannot be reactivated. Commissions credited earlier are settled under sections 8 and 9.
  4. The activity requirement does not apply to a Developer as long as they hold the Developer status.

8. Holding period and payouts

  1. Every commission has the status “pending” for 30 days after the purchase, because the client has 30 days to request a refund. If the client requests a refund during this period, the commission is cancelled.
  2. After 30 days, the commission can be paid out. A Partner can request a payout in the partner dashboard once their approved commissions total at least €50 (or PLN 200 for Partners settled in Polish złoty).
  3. Payouts are made by bank transfer to the Partner’s bank account within 14 days of the request.
  4. Instead of a payout, the Partner may exchange their balance for a Licence of any Plugin, at the list price, with no minimum amount.
  5. A Partner running a business issues the Organiser an invoice or receipt for the commission amount. A Partner who is a private individual provides the data needed for tax settlement. The Organiser provides tax information to the extent required by law; the Partner is responsible for settling their own income tax in their country of residence.
  6. Commissions are paid only to the Partner, to a bank account in their name.

9. Fair referral rules

It is forbidden to:

  1. Refer yourself, including purchases through your own Link or Code on your own account, a second account or a second domain. Purchases on your own account earn no commission.
  2. Send unsolicited messages (spam) with the Link or Code.
  3. Buy search engine ads on the name “wpAsist” or the Plugin names.
  4. Publish the Code on coupon websites without the Organiser’s consent.
  5. Give false information about the Plugins or promise earnings.
  6. Present yourself as the Organiser or its representative.

If these rules are breached, the Organiser may cancel commissions from unfair Referrals, remove the Developer status and exclude the Partner from the Program.

10. Ending participation and changes

  1. A Partner may leave the Program at any time by writing to help@wpasist.eu. Approved commissions are paid out under section 8.
  2. The Organiser may end the Program or change its rules with 30 days’ notice, informing Partners by e-mail. Commissions credited before the change are settled under the previous rules.

11. Personal data

The Organiser processes Partners’ data, including the data from a Developer application, to run the Program, review applications, calculate and pay commissions and for tax settlements. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

12. Final provisions

  1. The Program is governed by Polish law.
  2. Matters not covered here are governed by the wpAsist.eu Store Terms and the Polish Civil Code.
  3. From 2 November 2026 the Program has one commission level, commissions on Renewals and the Developer Program. No commissions had been credited in the Program before that date.
