Alongside the default message, add language versions with a language code (e.g. en, de). The plugin detects the page’s language from WPML or Polylang, and without them – from the start of the URL (e.g. yourstore.com/en/…).
Closing is remembered per message
Customers close the bar with the × button and won’t see it again on later visits. Once you change the message’s content, the bar shows again for everyone – a new announcement always reaches everybody.
