Loyalty Program – Reward Points & VIP Discounts

A program built only on points and coupons bores wholesale customers, who’d rather know their discount upfront. A program built only on a standing discount gives regular customers nothing to “work towards”. Running two separate systems by hand means double the work.

Loyalty Points handles both models in one plugin – no coding, with a full customer view in “My Account”.

Three reward channels, each for a different type of customer:

Points on every purchase, calculated automatically

The customer earns points once an order reaches “Completed” status – at a rate you set, e.g. 1 point for every 10 zł spent. Points are deducted on a return, cancellation or failed payment. Order notes show how many points were added or removed, and with multiple currencies (WCML) the amount converts to the store’s main currency.

Points & Coupons – the classic program

Set reward thresholds (points → discount), the coupon’s validity in days, and where it applies: selected categories, tags, brands and products (leave blank for the whole store). Products on the “Never discounted” list are always excluded, e.g. a low-margin bestseller.

Example: a customer collects 500 points and redeems them for a 10% coupon valid for 14 days – the coupon is tied to their e-mail address and only works within the scope you set.

Lifetime (VIP) – a discount with no codes to manage

Points never expire. Once a customer’s total points reach a threshold (e.g. 2,000 pts), they get a standing discount (e.g. 5%) applied automatically in the cart on every order – no coupon to enter.

Lifetime PLUS – tiered discounts for wholesale and B2B

Like Lifetime, but every tier has its own discounts on brands, categories, tags or products. A product gets the highest matching percentage, and coupons are blocked in that case – a solution for stores with a detailed wholesale price list.

A discount for guests, no login required

Separate discount campaigns just for visitors who aren’t logged in, e.g. a weekend promotion for new customers – with start and end dates, a label visible to the customer, and its own discount percentages on categories, brands, tags or products.

Settings per role and for a single customer

In every channel, selected roles (e.g. “Wholesale customer”) can have their own thresholds and products – the settings also apply to people who get that role later. For a single customer, change their channel directly in their profile, in the “Loyalty mode” field.

A customer panel that takes the load off your support

In “My Account → Loyalty Program”, the customer sees their points balance, a history of points earned and spent, available coupons with a “Claim code” button, or their progress towards VIP / Lifetime PLUS status and where their discount applies. Products show the Lifetime PLUS discount directly on the product card.

Works wherever your store works

The plugin works with WPML / WCML – customer-facing text follows the site’s language, and links to products, categories and brands lead to their translations. The “Overview” tab lists customers with points: orders, amount spent, points earned and used, and current balance.
