WooCommerce Allegro Integration – List Offers, Sync Stock & Orders

WooCommerce Allegro integration: list your products on Allegro straight from WooCommerce, while stock, prices and orders stay in sync in both places. You only edit in your store – the plugin does the rest. Also on Allegro in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary.

What you gain every day

  • List with one click — select products in your store and they are on Allegro, variations included.
  • Edit only in WooCommerce — change a photo, description or price in the store and the Allegro offer updates itself.
  • Stock looks after itself — a sale on Allegro reduces stock in the store and the other way round. No more selling items you don’t have.
  • Allegro orders in your store — with the address, parcel locker and invoice details, while the tracking number and the invoice go back to Allegro by themselves.

Your store and Allegro in one place – no retyping

Your products, photos, prices and stock are already in WooCommerce. The plugin sends them to Allegro, keeps stock and prices identical in both places and brings Allegro orders into your store. You work in one panel – the one you already know. You set up the Allegro–WooCommerce connection once, and then it runs in the background.

The problem: two panels, double the work

You sell in your store and on Allegro, so every change is made twice: a new price here and there, a new photo here and there. Someone buys on Allegro – you have to reduce the stock in the store by hand before someone else buys the same item. You retype Allegro orders, paste tracking numbers and upload invoices one by one.

With a few dozen products that is hours every week. With a few hundred – mistakes, items sold that you don’t have, and unhappy buyers.

The solution: WooCommerce leads, Allegro keeps up

1. Listing straight from the product list

Select products in WooCommerce and choose “List / update on Allegro”. Products with variations (size, colour) go to Allegro as one multi-variant offer. You map your store categories to Allegro categories once, and the plugin suggests and fills in their parameters.

Example: before anything goes to Allegro, the plugin checks the EAN, the required parameters and the product safety data (GPSR). Instead of a rejected offer you see in plain words what is missing, e.g. “Missing parameter: Brand”.

2. Stock and prices look after themselves

A sale on Allegro reduces stock in the store, a sale in the store reduces it on Allegro. You choose the mode: both ways, store → Allegro only, or Allegro → store only. Sync runs in the background every few minutes. When an item runs out, the offer pauses itself and comes back after the delivery.

Prices on Allegro can be the same as in the store or calculated by your rules: a mark-up, rounding, a separate price for selected products.

3. Allegro orders in WooCommerce

An Allegro order appears in the store like any other – with the products, address, chosen delivery, parcel locker and invoice details. In the WooCommerce order list it has a small “Allegro” label with the buyer’s login, and the plugin also has its own list of Allegro orders only.

Change the status in the store – it changes on Allegro. Enter the tracking number – the buyer sees it on Allegro. Issue an invoice – it is attached to the order on Allegro.

4. Already have offers on Allegro? No need to list them again

The plugin downloads your Allegro offers (only the list – nothing changes on Allegro) and matches them with store products by SKU, name and EAN. The rest you match by hand or create draft products from them. From then on the store manages stock and prices of those offers.

5. Allegro in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary

The same offers can be visible on allegro.cz, allegro.sk and allegro.hu. Prices in koruna, euro and forint are calculated by Allegro or by you – at the NBP exchange rate or a fixed rate with your own mark-up, with the VAT of each country. The plugin also works with stores whose currency is not the Polish złoty.

Good to know

  • Several Allegro accounts in one store.
  • Multilingual stores: the offer content comes from the Polish version of the product (WPML, Polylang).
  • Offer terms (delivery, returns, complaints) set once, also separately for selected categories.
  • Allegro sales statistics: yesterday, 7 and 30 days – by account, market and category.
  • Connects to Allegro through the official API. Access keys are stored encrypted.
  • HPOS compatible (the new way WooCommerce stores orders). Every setting has a “More” button with an explanation and an example.

The plugin is in the final testing stage with real Polish stores. Want to use it before the official launch? Click “Become a tester” – the tester programme page is in Polish for now, as Allegro is a Polish marketplace.
