WooCommerce plugin
Custom shipping quotes, shipping price per SKU and worldwide shipping by country
Quote shipping for large and non-standard orders: the customer places the order, you provide the cost, and they only pay once they accept it. Per-country weight-based rates, e-mails and payment reminders – everything is calculated automatically, you just enter the prices once.
- Worldwide per-country weight/dimension price table — rates calculated automatically from your weight table, with nothing to calculate by hand. The store works it out from your own settings.
- Fixed shipping prices by SKU — for selected products (oversized items), your own per-country rate, independent of the rest of the cart’s weight.
- Individual shipping quote (ISQ) — for orders that don’t fit any courier price list, or that are better sent on a pallet: the customer orders, you quote it, they pay only after accepting.
Order statuses, e-mails and automatic payment reminders carry the whole process forward from there.

One plugin calculates the shipping cost of every order — from the smallest parcel to a pallet shipped to the other side of the world. You set the prices once, and the customer always sees either a ready amount or a clear path to a quote. No more e-mails asking “how much will shipping cost?”.
A problem every store with large or non-standard products knows
Do you sell products that no ready-made courier price list covers? Furniture, pallets, equipment shipped abroad, orders weighing dozens of kilograms? Standard WooCommerce shipping plugins can work out a rate for one parcel to one country — and that’s where the automation ends and the manual work begins: calling the customer, digging through the carrier’s price lists, e-mailing a quote, chasing whether anyone’s actually paid.
Every one of those conversations is time that could go into handling the next order — and a risk that the customer buys elsewhere in the meantime, somewhere they could at least see a price straight away.
Three ways to calculate shipping, one plugin:
1. A per-country weight price table that calculates itself
You build a single table: countries in rows, weight brackets in columns (e.g. up to 3 / 10 / 29.9 kg). From that point on, every order within those limits is calculated automatically – with no work from you. The plugin itself splits a heavier order into parcels based on your carrier’s maximum weight per parcel, prices each one separately and totals them in the cart.
Example: a customer from Germany buys 45 kg of goods, and the parcel limit is 29.9 kg. The plugin works out 2 parcels (29.9 + 15.1 kg), each in its own price bracket — the customer sees one, ready amount. The calculation always uses the larger of two weights – actual or volumetric (length × width × height ÷ a divisor, e.g. 6000) – exactly the way the carrier itself would calculate it. A light but bulky lamp or sofa won’t slip through on an underpriced shipment.
2. An individual quote (ISQ), when the price table runs out
A country that isn’t in the table. An empty field for a given weight. An order that would split into more parcels than you want calculated automatically. In every one of these cases, the customer doesn’t see an error or a missing shipping method – they see one clean option: place the order, get a quote separately, and pay only once they accept it. Zero abandoned carts because of a missing shipping option.
On top of that, above a weight threshold you set (e.g. 30 kg), the customer can choose for themselves: Express from the price table, or a quote – because sometimes they’d rather have one pallet than five boxes. You don’t have to guess what counts as “large” – the customer decides, you just set the threshold.
3. Fixed shipping prices by SKU — for products with their own rules
A fridge, a mattress, a piece of furniture that always ships separately? Assign it its own shipping price for every country — once, permanently. That product isn’t counted towards the rest of the cart’s weight, so the other items in the order still use the regular price table. You can copy a price from another product with one click when several items share identical shipping rules.
Not just shipping math. It manages the whole process for you:
One payment method, zero customer mistakes
When an order goes to quoting, the customer sees only one payment method — “Payment after quote” — and the order button changes to “Get a shipping quote” (or your own text). This works the same in both the classic and block checkout. There’s nothing to wire up manually — the system knows on its own when to show this option and when to show regular shipping.
Four statuses that carry the order forward for you
- Shipping quote — the order has just come in. The customer gets a confirmation, you get a “New order” e-mail.
- Measuring dimensions — the warehouse measures and weighs the parcel, you change the status with one click, and the warehouse gets its own e-mail.
- Determining cost — you collect quotes from carriers and enter the price directly on the order’s shipping line.
- Awaiting decision — the customer automatically gets an e-mail with the amount and a ready-made payment link.
Each status has its own colour and its own recipient (customer, warehouse, forwarder) — you see at a glance which stage every order is at, without digging through your inbox.
Reminders that keep track of the payment deadline for you
Customer hasn’t paid? The plugin reminds them automatically — after a set time (e.g. 24 hours), then every X days, up to a limit you define (e.g. 3 times). Every reminder is logged in the order notes, so you never wonder whether you’ve already sent one, or whether it’s overkill.
Local pickup and cash on delivery — no extra plugins needed
In your home country, the customer also sees free local pickup and cash on delivery (Express + a surcharge you set yourself). A local customer buys the way they’re used to — without installing another plugin just for one market.
Works wherever your store works
Cart and checkout text (method names, the order button, pickup and cash-on-delivery labels) is set separately for each WPML / Polylang language. Adding a new store language? An empty field temporarily shows the default text – nothing “breaks” on the day a new language version launches. The plugin behaves identically in the classic and block checkout, is HPOS-compatible — regardless of the theme you use.
You’re up and running in an hour, not a week
Installation takes a few clicks: upload the ZIP file, activate the licence, and the plugin checks your store itself — it warns you if a shipping zone is missing methods, or if your store still runs old, manual shipping-calculation code (so nothing gets calculated twice). One button adds shipping methods to all zones at once, including “Rest of the World” — you can click it repeatedly, nothing gets duplicated.
Setting up the whole price table is, in practice, just copying over the rates you already have from your carrier — most people wrap this up in under an hour.
